A tattoo upgrade is when, the customer still likes thier tattoo. Just want it to look better than what it does.

this was fun to do. these are my wife's  pair of glasses, that i tattooed on her for her birth-day. Usually she gives me such a hard time when i tattoo here. but this time she bit her tongue and looked the other way until i was do. the color was pretty simple,(red, purple, and black).

Cali Bear tattoo done by Art Gallardo

This came out really cool. A California outline with a fierce bear on the inside, and a negative star showing were Los Angeles would be.

Tattoo Upgrade done by Art Gallardo

This is a "Tattoo Upgrade". The picture on top, is of the tattoo the way that the customer had it. The line work was inconsistent and the color was dull. However, i was able to Upgrade the tattoo. In the picture on the bottom you could see how i was able to smooth-en out all of the lines. Then, recolored them, bringing this tattoo back to a better luster.   

Bleeding Roses tattoo done by Art Gallardo

This image comes from a Salvador Dali, painting, called The Bleeding Roses. Being a huge Dali fan, i was really exited to do this tattoo. I had to free hand draw this image on to the hand with some tattoo pens. Then i went to town, mixing all the different tones of Red. Awesome piece.
